The machine is new designed as to customer's requirments. It is made up ZXJ-380 automatic pillow filling machine with additional two work- tables and KBJ-2 bale opener to improve filling efficiency.

Working principle:

At first the raw fiber in bale coarse opening , then deliver fiber into opening machine for fine opening. Then the fiber was
delivered to fiber reserve box, after quantity setting as required, the fiber will blew into pillow case, meanwhile the worktables flapping to make pillow rich and even, for long time rich looking, keeping off out of shape.
